ECOEGRET Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items following our policy below.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. There is no time limit for cancellations as long as your order has not been processed for shipment.
Once an order is placed, we typically process it within 2–3 days. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item within 30 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Return Process

- Pack the Item: securely pack the item into its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
- Ship the Return: send the package to the provided return address.
Return Shipping:
- ✔ Free return shipping: available in certain cases.
- ✘ If the return is not due to an ECOEGRET error, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued.
